VITA

Edwin-Andreas Drotleff was born in 1989 in Agnetheln, Transylvania/Romania. At the age of two, he emigrated to Germany with his family as part of the German minority in Romania, the Transylvanian Saxons.

He completed his school education up to the secondary school (2005) in Stuttgart, where he still lives and works today.

​

His vocational training took him from training (2005-2008) to become a mold and die cast mechanic in a foundry and working as a toolmaker (2008-2013) to graduating from a technical college to become a state-certified technician in mechanical engineering (2009-2013) and

working as a certified CE coordinator (since 2013) to his current job in prototype parts management (since 2018).
